Mintd Box x Oskia London

Let me start out by telling you that I’m a big fan of a beauty subscription box. If you’re a regular reader around here you don’t need me to tell you that. One box I’d been admiring from afar and had many brushes with the add to cart button, but somehow not following through, was by Mintd. There was one box in particular that had caught the attention of my inner skincare junkie. Mintd x Oskia London. I’d been eager to delve into revered skincare brand Oskia for such a long time, but without knowing where to start, well quite frankly I didn’t. Until now.

Mintd curated the perfect box for the Oskia virgin like myself, and it was the ideal introduction into the brand. Containing two full-size products, and three travel size it was fair to say I well and truly had my foot in the Oskia door as it were.

The Oskia box has a combined total value of £165, and when you consider the subscription cost is £70 per month, or a one off payment of £80 it’s incredible value for money. One product alone retails for £85, and another for £31, both are full size products included. As I had been lusting hard after Oskia skincare this was the perfect opportunity to explore the brand.

So let’s take a look inside at the products:

Super 16 Pro Collagen Serum (full-size) RRP £85

This was the main motive behind me needing to get my hands on this box, that and the fact I can’t resist getting more for my money. I’d heard some incredible reviews about this and after trying a sample of it myself, I was sold. Arguably one of Oskia’s hero products.

A potent pro-collagen serum, Oskia’s ‘Super 16’ is a blend of sixteen super nutrients and bio-actives, to target the multiple signs of skin ageing. Renowned for its ability to not only ‘un-do’ existing signs of skin deterioration, but also prevent future damage. Best loved for its ability to limit the deterioration of collagen and elastin, as well as for the protection it offers against UV-induced damage. Talk about being a pro at multitasking! If Wonder Woman were a product.

Renaissance Cleansing Gel (full-size) RRP £31

This is the second full-size product within this box which has also been met with utter adoration from skincare junkies around the globe. I was more than intrigued to say the least. A good cleanser is so important as it is the first stage in preparing the skin for products to follow. Harnessing a potent blend of natural ingredients including a broad range of vitamins and essential skin nutrients, Oskia’s Renaissance Cleansing Gel is the original. It is completely unique, it helps to strengthen, brighten and revitalise skin whilst eliminating all traces of residual everyday grime. Promising to purge pores, and break the bonds that bind dead cells to skin’s surface. Ok, enough said now gimmie!

Renaissance Mask (Deluxe Size)

This I was super excited to try, it was very much on my beauty radar after seeing only rave reviews. Promising to brighten and reveal my inner glowing goddess, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this beauty. The mask is more of a buttery balm designed to increase cell turnover, boost radiance and gradually reduce the appearance of fine lines and imperfections. Natural Fruit Acids loosen the bonds in the upper epidermis to remove tired cells and alleviate congestion; Lactic Acid stimulates cell regeneration and Prebiotics help fight bacteria for a luminous, blemish free complexion. Suitable for all skin types. It almost sounds too good to be true. It isn’t hard to see why it is so well loved.

Restoration Oil (Deluxe Size)

This product I was less familiar with, but equally intrigued to give it a whirl. This oil will hydrate, rebalance and boost radiance. Packed with a blend of nutrients, floral oils and extracts to replenish skin’s youthful vitality, promote firmness and suppleness. Being omega-rich it works to soothe inflammation and alleviate discomfort. This oil will help to even skin tone and restore radiance, while gradually strengthen and improve elasticity! I cannot wait to see how this works out for me and I hope my skincare is as glowing as the description!

Renaissance 360 Moisturiser (Deluxe Size)

Following in the footsteps of Oskia’s best-loved Renaissance Cleansing Gel, ‘Supreme Cream’ is a vitamin-rich daily hydrator that combats all the common signs of ageing – from fine lines and decreased elasticity to uneven skin tone and lost luminosity. Rich yet lightweight, the cream is readily absorbed and delicately perfumed with uplifting essences of rose and chamomile.

It all sounds pretty impressive to me and I’m so excited to delve into the Oskia pool and emerge a glowing goddess! Heres hoping!
