Now who doesn’t love finding amazing beauty products for amazing prices!! I love a good bargain and when I find a high quality product that works well I want to shout it from the rooftops, even more so when they don’t cost the Earth!!! I really need to have a good rummage through budget makeup because I don’t own enough to be quite honest. Some of my all time holy grail makeup products are high street brands that pack one hell of a punch for their price point. I’m gonna take a stab in the dark and say that if you’re reading this than like me, you also love a bargain beauty buy, am I right or am I right?! I’ve gathered some of my favourite affordable beauty buys to share with you and I hope you enjoy reading it.
L’Oreal Paris Infallible Matte Foundation
I LOVE this foundation! This is my ride or die, will not budge all day foundation!! It is the only one I have found that can keep my pesky oily T zone at bay! I literally don’t even know what I did before this came into my life. I might even go as far as to say it could be one of my all time favourite beauty finds. I love it that much. If like me you are a bit oily I can not recommend this enough!! I am obsessed with it!!
An absolutely amazing concealer! I find it to be really long wearing and I don’t experience any creasing with it. The formula is so creamy and blendable it’s so effortless to use and blend into the skin, the coverage is so good with this and a little goes a long way so you should get more longevity per tube. I’ve bought it in about three different shades because I love it so much. The whole FitMe line from Maybelline is raved about and if this concealer is anything to go by then I can see why. I’ll definitely get round to trying more from this range.
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
Good old Maybelline coming through again. This mascara is one of my all time favourite mascaras, not just a budget favourite. It coats my lashes evenly without clumping them together. It’s a buildable Mascara so you can apply more to get a more dramatic full coverage lash. It makes my lashes look so long and voluminous. I’ve recently just stocked up on this as I was onto my last tube.
Colourpop Lippie Stix-Tootsi
This has been a firm favourite of mine for some time now. The formula is matte but it isn’t drying, I find it comfortable on the lips, Tootsi is my favourite shade they do in this product. For me it’s the perfect nude. The price of this is insane for the quality!! I love Colourpop so much.
Colourpop Super Shock Eye Shadow
Some of my all time favourite shadows. Colourpop have created a unique formula that is a spongey cream like texture in the pot and when applied it blends out well and dries to an almost powder feeling on the lids. The pigmentation and colour pay off is crazy. One swipe and you get colour for days! At only $5.00 a shadow you have to ask yourself if you can afford not to own these!
NYX High Definition Blush – Taupe
This blush is such a gorgeous colour and it’s just what I like, a nice wash of colour that is quite subtle on. You can build the colour to your own liking. It is so highly pigmented and for its price point it packs a punch alright. It’s more on the cool tone which is my jam being a fair skinned gal. I’m so impressed with the blush. Really enjoy NYX as a brand too.
NYX Butter Gloss – Fortune Cookie
I love this gloss formula, so moisturising and full coverage. It doesn’t feel sticky like some glosses can which I really can’t deal with. Fortune Cookie is such a beautiful neutral shade and being a nude gal it works well with so many of my lipsticks or equally as well alone. Really need to grab more shades!!
Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette
This palette has been raved about and with good reason!! You will be shining like the sun with this on. This palette has three powder highlight shades and one cream. The pigment in this palette is so intense. It blends into the skin beautifully with its creamy formula and gives maximum colour pay off. It doubles up equally as well on the lids also. Definitely well worth purchasing this for the quality product you get. That’s without mentioning the packaging! Who doesn’t love luxurious gold packaging.
Milani Powder Blush – Romantic Rose
Huge fan of Milani, I’ve just recently got some new bits from them. I really love this blush, it’s so highly pigmented and gives a beautiful wash of colour over the cheeks. It’s a soft Matte pink shade, these are my favourite kind of shades. The flower in the powder is so pretty too. Definitely a great purse friendly buy.
Kiko Water Eyeshadow – 208
A true gold shadow with crazy intense pigmentation. I sometimes use this as a highlight too and it looks beautiful on my cheekbones too. The colour payoff is so good with this. I love a gold lid and this shadow is always my go to for those days.
What are your go too affordable products? Have you tried any of the ones included in this post? I would love to know, feel free to drop a comment to tell me.

The Infallible 24-Matte foundation really amazing. I like the effect on the skin 🙂
About the Fit Me concealer: I think I need a darker shade to mix with the one I have, because it doesn’t look very good on me. Or maybe I’m the one who doesn’t like the effect (since I see a lot of people wearing lighter concealers and they love so much illumination) and I feel like I’d be better with a slightly darker shade.
I love the 24-Matte Foundation! The past year, my skin type has changed from dry to oily, and this foundation really helped cover as well as stop oil.

I used to wear the infallible foundation all the time but found it was almost too mattifying in a way? Maybe my skin has changed slightly. I have been using Revlon Color Stay (Oily Formula) for about two years now – deffo recommend giving it a go if you haven’t already. I want to try more of NYX now it is easily accessible in the UK. Where did you find Milani products?

I’m always looking for a good, affordable concealer and highlight – I might have seen the concealer around, so I’ll definitely have to try it out! Does it do well with creases and anything like that?
The infallible foundation is so good and I’m a sucker for a NYX product! I’ve never tried colour pop as a brand so I’ll have to check them out!

Love this! I pretty much love anything L’Oreal or NYX…such great products!
Love finding high quality, affordable beauty products! I really want to try Colourpop as I’ve heard good things about them. One of my favourite affordable products is the NYX hot singles eyeshadow in SOS. It’s a grey toned brown that I’ve found multiple uses for – eyes, brows and sculpting.
Gorgeous photos! I love the Milani blushes, they’re so beautiful to look at it and are an amazing formula.
I love the fit me concealer! :), The infallible matte foundation is very good too but I’m struggling to find my perfect shade from its shade range….
