Is The Simba Hybrid Mattress Topper Worth The Price Tag?
A great sleep is priceless. There is little better than waking up feeling refreshed and well-rested, ready to go about the day. However, great sleep is not always the case for many of us for various reasons. With that said, there are some things we can do to aid a better sleep. Who wouldn’t want to improve their sleep, right?
Taking into account many other factors, one of the most common causes of a poor night’s sleep is down to your bed. Your mattress to be specific. Did you know that it is recommended we replace our mattress every 8 years? At the rate in which time passes us by these days, 8 years will come and go without us realising. While it isn’t always a feasible option to replace our bed and mattress there are some other great options available. Have you ever considered a mattress topper? Often they can give the feel of a whole new mattress and improve your quality of sleep and comfort. The best part is they cost nowhere near what you’d pay to replace the bed and mattress.
Simba Hybrid Mattress Topper
Simba is an award-winning brand that specialises in good quality sleep with the utmost comfort. Frankly, what Simba doesn’t know about sleep and comfort is simply not worth knowing. Simba have incorporated their award-winning technology from their mattresses into their toppers. Unlike a more traditional memory foam mattress topper, their innovative design combines up to 2,500 ingenious Aerocoil® springs and a layer of open-cell Simbatex® foam to keep you cooler and more cushioned. Simbatex® foam is ‘open cell’, which means it has a less dense structure than traditional memory foam, allowing more airflow; Simba sleep engineers have also infused it with graphite, a natural mineral which draws heat away from the body.
Unique to Simba: the Aerocoil® spring. These pocketed micro springs are small enough to sit unnoticed towards the surface of your topper, offering unrivalled support and increasing airflow. Their conical shape also ensures they compress inwards in response to your weight, limiting the transfer of motion between partners if you’re in a twosome.
Engineered To Be Sustainable
Made in the UK from 100% recyclable materials with reduced energy, materials, logistics and no waste. The packaging is up to 60% recycled and from approved FSC sources. Returned Simba mattresses are either refurbished or recycled – and their recycling service accepts any brand of mattress with no purchase necessary. All excess foam is repurposed into things like carpet underlay or pet beds. Verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Is the Simba Hybrid Mattress Topper worth the price tag and should you invest in one?
Recently, I’ve been trying the mattress Topper out to see for myself if it lives up to the reviews. Not only that but is the Simba mattress topper worth the price tag? So first things first, the topper was on our bed no more than 24 hours after the order was placed which is insane! Our bed felt instantly transformed as soon as the topper was in place. It truly felt like we were lying on a bed of clouds, our bed had never felt so good. My body felt fully supported as it melted into the top layer of comfort foam regardless of which way I lay. Currently, I’m pregnant so getting comfortable can prove challenging leading to a disrupted sleep. Since using the Simba Hybrid topper I’ve noticed an improvement in the quality of sleep I can achieve.
Both myself and my partner have noticed a huge difference in how much cooler and more controlled the temperature is thanks to our new topper. Usually, by the middle of the night, we’re sticking a leg out and turning over our pillows to cool us down.
