Lush Festive Favourites

The weather is really starting to bite now and there’s nothing quite like the comfort of a hot bath to warm us up. It’s 100% Bubble Bath season now and who is better equipped to make our baths incredible than Lush! No one else that’s who. Lush are the bath masters and a good bubble bath without Lush just doesn’t happen.

I love a good bath all year round and I favour them over a shower. When the cold weather sets in I become Chandler from Friends in the bath scene! I’ll stay in there till it’s cold or I’ve turned into a human prune!

I look forward to the arrival of my festive favourites by Lush all year! When the festive season rolled round, or whizzed around rather, Lush didn’t disappoint. I recently raided their Christmas stash and oh what a bag of goodies I got!

Bath Treats

Let’s start out with the bubble bars, melts and bath bombs, what is a bath without them I ask? I opted for a couple of new treats this year because I find myself going for the same old favourites year after year. Lush bubble bars are my absolute favourite, nothing else gives you bubbles like they do. This year I picked Yog Nog Yule Log Bubble Bar*, what a name, I love it! It looks a lot like a Battenberg slice! Next up, a reusable Candy Cane Bubble Bar, not quite as bubbly are a bar you crumble but you can continually reuse this one. How cute is the candy cane design! The ultimate in Christmas bath products.

Another favourite of mine has to be the bath melts, especially at this time of year to nourish the skin. Winter is definitely not a friend of the skin. Plum Pudding Bath Melt* smells like absolute heaven! I love to soak in the tub with this little beauty. Last but not least I got a the delightful Perle De Set Bath Bomb*. It has such a delicious rose scent, perfect for a relaxing bath.

Bodycare

I adore the Sleepy range and I wish you could get the shower gel all year, hopefully soon we will. I had to restock my favourite, Sleepy Shower Gel smells so incredible and it’s so tranquil and calming. Something I’m sure we all need more of at this time of year. I had to grab more Sleepy Body Conditioner to pair with to lather on before bed. I love to inhale the lavender scent as I drift off. I always get a better night sleep when I use this.

I of course had to grab some Snow Fairy Body Conditioner, it would have been a sin not too as it is one of their best scents. Complete with a hint of festive sparkle it is the perfect lotion over Christmas.

The gifts also make the perfect present whether it be for someone else, or a treat for yourself. They’re always so beautifully wrapped and ready to put under the tree. Two of my favourites this year have got to be Hygge Holidays* and Sleepy! Can you tell I’m all about the relaxing with my picks this year!

Get your hands on some Lush treats here.

I’ll link another couple of my festive posts here and here if you’ve enjoyed this one.

So that is my choice of festive goodies. What are your favourite Lush treats?

  1. I’ve only ever tried one product from Lush, that was a facemask, can’t recall the name but it was a rose one I think. I’d love to try more, though sadly no bath to try any of their bath bombs! I’ve always wanted to see for myself how Snow Fairy smells too! 😀

  7. Hey Mel. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. A hygge box sounds right up my street and I’ve been meaning to try the Sleep range as someone whose sleeping pattern is erratic.
I have some lovely bits left over from my birthday, includning the turtle bath bomb.

  8. I know this is going to be a wildly unpopular opinion but I actually prefer Bomb Cosmetics, I’m so sorry! That said, I’m completely with you on the luxury of a scented bubble bath, especially at this time of year, and I’ve hear such good things about Snow Fairy that I might treat myself this Christmas after all 🙂 x
