Oliver Bonas’ shops are like a real Aladins cave with a whole host of treasure inside. They have some beautiful things for sale. One beauty I found and fell in love with the moment I set eyes on it is this dusty mauve-pink makeup bag with ruched velvet material and gold bee on the front. I feel this could double up as a clutch bag to finish off a party outfit perfectly. The colour is stunning too, in fact, the whole design is I feel. Such a beautiful gift.

Dermalogica is a favourite of mine and many others and it’s not without good reason. Their products are wonderful. They have recently launched products to care for the body and I have two in particular I think would make a lovely gift. Luminous magnolia and a duet of roses, blooming and enchanting. Alive under inky skies and the moon’s silver glow. I can’t think of a more perfect gift, winter and Christmas especially are the best times to burn candles. At this time of year, there are so many delicious seasonal scents to choose from. On a reason trip to York, I stumbled upon a quaint little shop called The Imaginarium. They make their own candles in a whole host of scents. I went for Mulled Pear and Winter Spice and it smells divine. Despite its size, the candle has a burn time of 50 hours. It is made from soy wax and is vegan-friendly.

Chocolate and Christmas go together like peas and carrots (if that makes no sense watch Forrest Gump) it’s kind of a package deal. You can’t beat cute novelty chocolates and Choc-On-Choc have some of the best ones I’ve seen. I am utterly obsessed with the orange chocolate carrots and Rudolph packaged in what to me looks like a basket of straw. I mean come on, how fricking cute!
