Dermalogica Biolumin-C Eye Serum Review

Ok, so two loves of mine are Dermalogica and vitamin c skincare products. Naturally, I couldn’t contain my excitement when I learned Dermalogica were launching a vitamin c eye cream. I’ve yet to try a product from the brand that I haven’t adored. You can imagine my delight when the wonderful Skinfluencer team sent the new Biolumin-C Eye Serum to me.

I couldn’t wait to dig in and give this a try. Who doesn’t want a brighter and younger-looking under-eye area?!  I don’t know about you, but I could always use extra sleep and annoyingly my eyes really show when I don’t get enough.

Anyhoo, let’s take a look and see how this has worked out for me.

How Does It Work?

So here is what Dermalogica have to say about this new eye serum

It sounds pretty impressive, doesn’t it? I’ve been putting it to the test for a little while now to allow me to share this post and give a good idea of how it performs. I have to confess, usually, I prefer an eye cream to an eye serum.

How Does It Perform?

It wasn’t long after I started using this that I noticed my under eye area looking visibly brighter and smoother. I don’t tend to have any issues with dark circles but I did notice that my skin tone appeared more even. My fine lines around the delicate eye area were also reduced as a result of using this serum. On the whole, this product has lived up to its claims and it does exactly what it says. I have been pleasantly surprised by this eye serum as I hadn’t expected to love it as much as I do. With prolonged use, the results are greater and my eye area has a far more youthful and plumped appearance than beforehand.

Vitamin C skincare products are some of my absolute favourites and this eye serum specifically. In keeping with everything else that I have tried from Dermalogica, I absolutely love this. It has really improved the appearance of my undereye area. If you’re in the market for a great eye product, I cannot recommend this enough.

Another great thing is that everyone can use this as it is cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free, paraben-free and has no artificial colours or fragrances.
