Tropic’s new sun protection range offers defence against UVA and UVB rays, daily pollution and blue light damage. These game-changing new suncare products don’t just stop at protecting our skin from the sun, they also have an abundance of natural skincare benefits in each product. Each product includes green algae extract, a powerful protectant against all forms of environmental stress. They even protect our skin from high energy visible light (HEV), including blue light glow from screen time.

Great Barrier Sun Lotion*

This broad-spectrum, water-resistant all over sunscreen is perfect to protect everyone’s skin. The formula glides on like silk offering full coverage and is a joy to use, it leaves my skin feeling nourished and hydrated while offering complete sun protection. It has been formulated with green algae extract as previously mentioned. Vitamin E to deeply nourish and repair and protect the skin. Lastly, coconut extracts which are rich in skin-conditioning fatty acids, proteins and complex B vitamins.

You can get Great Barrier Sunscreen in SPF 15, SPF 30 and SPF 50 – £28, all tubes are 200ml, but there is a 100ml – £18 option of the SPF 50.

Sun Day Facial UV Defence*

This product features an innovative ultra-lightweight, super-silky formulation that glides onto the skin giving full-coverage protection. Formulated with a cocktail of hero ingredient hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture for maximum hydration. Hibiscus extract protects against free radicals and prebiotics and plant polymers prime the skin for flawless makeup application.

Skin Shade Tinted Facial Sun Cream*

Here we have a lightly tinted SPF 50 sunscreen with a 100% mineral formulation packed with antioxidant-rich ingredients to shield skin from free radicals and harmful UV rays. Offering a sheer, dewy coverage with water-resistant broad-spectrum protection. Harnessing golden jojoba oil working with fractionated coconut oil to ensure the silky formulation glides onto the skin. Wild hibiscus flower is rich in antioxidants to combat free radical damage for an even, younger-looking complexion. Finally, Passion Flower Oil is packed with omega 6 to retain your skin’s natural moisture.

Available in 40ml in the shades light/medium or medium/dark £24.

Skin Shade Sun Cream*

We see another 100% mineral sunscreen packed full of nourishing oils and antioxidant-rich extracts for all-round protection. It has been formulated with ingredients to love and care for the skin and three key ingredients. Kahai and roucou oils are rich in omega fatty acids to keep skin soft and nourished. Kakadu and illawarra plum are used to soothe and calm the skin. Finally, cassava and rapeseed resin are used for their highly effective water resistance properties.

Sun Stick SPF 50*

This is such a handy little product for on the go to ensure you’re never without much-needed sun protection. It is quick and convenient to regularly top-up your sunscreen with this easy to use stick and what’s more, it’s small enough to pop in your bag or pocket. It is formulated with vitamin E, green algae extract and marshmallow root extract. This is perfect to protect lips too.

Sun Soothe Cooling Aftersun Lotion*

What better way to nourish the skin after a day in the sun than with a heavenly cooling aftersun lotion? Packed full of skin-repairing and anti-inflammatory ingredients to repair sunburnt skin while prolonging the results of your natural tan. Formulated with soothing aloe vera, bisabolol and golden jojoba oils that wrap the skin in a big soothing hug. It is equally important to take care of your skin out of the sun as well as in the sun.

Available in 100ml £12 and 200ml £22.

All sunscreen should be applied to the skin 15/20 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 2 hours to maintain optimum skin protection against the sun. It should be immediately reapplied after bathing and swimming.
